Three steps. Reservation: tell us which residence you like and we send the plan, price list and reservation terms. Private contract: the sales team gives you the contract and payment schedule in writing. Completion: handover follows the schedule set out in the contract.

The first five buyers receive their apartment fully furnished and ready to move into, at no extra cost. Otherwise the kitchen is semi-fitted (cabinets only), with split-unit air conditioning and teak main and interior doors.

Yes. There are 53 underground parking spaces, one per apartment, with extra spaces on sale. Store rooms are also available to buy.
